13B

Surprisingly interesting scary movie. The story deals around a family who moves into an apartment, and starts experiencing strange occurrences.

The movie met a flopping destiny at the box office, but still managed to experience some success; Hollywood is going to make an American version of this movie!

The Stoneman Murders

All right and time pass thriller from well-known producers (Maqbool, Saathiya, The Rising: Ballad of Mangal Pandey).

Dhoondte Reh Jaoge

All right entertainment, but the first 30 minutes were boring.

Dev.D

This is the modern version of the Devdas, where Dev doesn’t get his Paro and starts destroying himself. In the blockbuster Devdas from 2002 (avec Shahrukh Khan), it was targeted towards multiple segments of audience, i.e. families. This time, it is mainly targeted towards adults, and it is definitely not a family movie. Danny Boyle from Slumdog Millionaire fame has also contributed in this movie, probably inspired to make some of the scenes in England.

The movie is made by Anurag Kashyap, who also made No Smoking. Abhay Deol plays the role of Dev, and has done a good job. Unfortunately, I don’t like such “love stories” like Devdas, which also affect the review of the story. Still, the movie is all right entertainment for youths.

Sarkar Raj

All right good movie, but the climax execution isn’t that good as the prequel. Elsewhere, pretty much same like the previous time I watched it.
