The Kite Runner

Nice and touching movie, which is based on the novel with same title. I actually liked the movie better than the novel, probably because the movie didn’t focus too much on the political side of the story.

Hmm, I liked the book better. Somehow the actor who plays Amirs father didn't impress me. Baba jaan in the book had a character that seemed larger than life but in the film he comes across as mild.
